	The Inaugural Union Founders Day Tournament was won by the team of: Hank Read, Howard Butler, Ivan Johnson, Glenice Skelton, and Hank Aho. The team score was 29. The weather great and the course was in fantastic shape. Turn-out was poor as only five players took part in the event; however, all had a great time and enjoyed participating in this new event. The "winners" received homemade blueberry pies, tasty........... Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Vose Library.	Photo by Hank Aho

Fran, Nina and Beverly Fran turned 90 and is still going strong and plays golf regularly. Photo by Mary Butler	Birthday party that 9 of us attended this week. The guest of honor was Fran Williamson who plays ladies golf almost every Wednesday with us and walks the course! She turned 90 last Tuesday. We had a really fun time and were pleased that Beverly Simmons and Nina Aho could join us. Think we may have convinced them to join us occasionally on Wednesday.
